- Finance & Compliance: Vouching of purchase and expense bills, payment approvals, bank and ledger reconciliations, receivables follow-up. Timely filing of GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Marketplace Reconciliation & MIS: Reconcile settlements on every channel, including commissions, fees, returns and ad deductions. Build and maintain monthly MIS and a sales dashboard showing platform-wise and SKU-wise sales, profitability, and slow-moving SKUs.
- Payroll: Verify monthly salary, attendance and leave inputs, advances and statutory deductions such as PF, ESI and PT.
- ERP & Systems: Ensure clean data flow between the ERP, Tally and sales channels. Manage master data and user access, and drive automation.
- Internal Controls: Set up maker-checker,



approval hierarchy and delegation of authority. Own the purchase-to-payment and sales-to-collection processes, and segregation of duties.
- Inventory & Costing: Periodic physical stock verification, reconciliation of physical stock with the ERP, BOM-based product costing, and tracking of raw material consumption and wastage.
- Vendor & Cost Management: Vendor rate comparison, purchase approvals, identifying cost savings, and managing payment terms.
- Reporting: A monthly exceptions report to the founder covering issues found, their impact, the fix needed, and who owns it.
