URGENT HIRING: Testing Engineer & PPAP Engineer

Location: Sanaswadi, Pune

Compensation: 28000-30000 CTC/month

Experience: 1-3 Years

Project Duration: 12 Months

Opening: 9 Testing Engineer + 5 PPA Engineer

Testing Engineer Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections on 2D drawings, 3D models, and layouts using tools like DVP, Height Gauge, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer.

Metals & plastic component measurement

Testing & Validation activities

Quality reporting and documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

Automotive Manufacturing Exposure

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding product specifications.

PPAP Engineer Roles and Responsibilities

Execute FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities for new products.

Develop Control Plans and perform SPC analysis to ensure process control.

Read technical documents such as PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis)



and PPAP documentation.

Customer quality management

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), Control Plan development, SPC analysis, FMEA execution.

Automotive core tools knowledege

Supplier quality coordination experience required
