We have an urgent opening for the position of Head of Sales in Agency Vertical in one of the leading Life Insurance Company.
Job Responsibilities
- To lead a team of Zonal Managers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual and monthly premium targets.
- Drive new business acquisition through the agency channel.
- Recruit, train, and develop Agency Managers, Sales Managers, and Insurance Advisors.
- Drive advisor activation, retention, and performance.
- Lead and mentor regional sales teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Create a high-performance sales culture.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
- Build solid relationships with top advisors, channel partners, and key clients.
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies.
- Maintain quality of business and customer service standards.
