- - We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Head – Recent & Used Car Loans to drive Open Market and OEM business across the assigned region.
- - The role involves leading and developing the sales team, expanding market presence, managing business relationships, and achieving the assigned sales and business targets.
- - Job Role and Responsibilities:
- - Taking care of Car loans business all across region.
- Lead a team of Area Sales Managers to drive sales through Dealer networks
- Manage Car loans through Dealers, Direct Sales Agents and Direct Sales Teams
- Empanelment of Car loans dealers, DSA and DST in the market
- Accountable for Sales performance and productivity of team
- Conduct training for all the channels and team on product, policy and market changes
- Manage business promotional activities with channels
- Responsible for tracking channels and team for quality sourcing and healthy portfolio
- Interact with the credit team, and get business approvals
- Keep close watch on competitor product, policy and market strategy

- - Deliverables:
- - Recruit, train and motivate channel sales team
- Achieve sales targets
- Guide channel sales team and introduce clients to them




- Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
- Develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts

- - Qualifications & Skills
- - Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skill
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently
- Ability to manage complex client situations
- Ability to coach and mentor others
- Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment

- Preferable : 7 to 8 yrs in the role of Zonal /Regional Sales Manager
