Role Summary:
Responsible for creating, updating, and publishing structured website content in Contentful, ensuring quality and governance standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day content authoring and localization needs.

What Youll Do:
- Create, update, and validate Contentful entries using approved templates and content models
- Upload, tag, and manage images, videos, documents, and other digital assets
- Map copy, CTAs, links, metadata, and component-level content as per briefs
- Perform content preview checks and validate hygiene before publishing
- Follow publishing workflows, approval steps, and release documentation
- Assist with market/language content updates and maintain consistency across locales
- Collaborate with senior authors, QA, developers, and project managers on content queries
- Track daily tasks, defects, clarifications, and status updates in the project management tool





What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience in website content authoring, CMS operations, digital publishing, or campaign content support
- Hands-on exposure to Contentful or similar CMS (AEM, WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore)
- Basic understanding of headless CMS concepts: content types, entries, references, assets, locales, preview, and publish
- Ability to follow structured briefs and work within defined workflows
- Good attention to detail and comfort working with digital assets
- Explicit written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple content tasks

Positive to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Contentful certification or CMS training
- Basic HTML understanding
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills

Qualifications:
Any Graduate, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, IT, or related discipline
