- Perform cable and wire harness assembly as per drawings, work instructions and specifications.
- Carry out wire cutting, stripping, crimping, terminal insertion and connector assembly.
- Perform soldering and cable dressing/routing as required.
- Use hand tools, crimping tools and other assembly equipment safely and correctly.
- Read and understand wiring diagrams, cable schedules and harness drawings.
- Conduct continuity and basic electrical testing of cable harnesses.
- Inspect harnesses for quality, workmanship, correct connections and dimensions.
- Identify and report defects, rework requirements and quality issues.
- Maintain proper 5S, ESD and safety practices at the workplace.
- Complete production records and follow defined quality and process standards.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to resolve assembly-related issues.
