Position Title: Developer (PAM & AI Security)

Department: Security Operations / Office of the CISO (oCISO)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Developer to support two strategic security initiatives: Privileged Access Management (PAM) and AI Security. This Permanent Hire resource will help accelerate platform implementation, integration, automation, and operationalization efforts by designing and developing scripts, tools, connectors, and AI-powered agents that improve security processes and reduce manual effort.

The resource will work closely with Security Engineering, Identity & Access Management, Security Operations, and oCISO stakeholders to develop automation capabilities supporting platform onboarding, account migration, reporting, integrations, and Non-Human Identity (NHI) management.

Key Responsibilities

Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Develop automation scripts, tools,



and AI agents to support PAM platform onboarding and user adoption.

Build integrations between PAM platforms and enterprise applications, infrastructure, and identity systems.

Automate privileged account discovery, migration, provisioning, and lifecycle management activities.

Create operational tooling to improve platform administration, maintenance, monitoring, and reporting.

Support testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of PAM processes and integrations.

AI Security / Non-Human Identity (NHI)

Develop custom connectors and integrations supporting NHI discovery, inventory, governance, and monitoring.

Create automation capabilities to improve visibility and management of service accounts, machine identities, API keys, secrets, certificates, and other non-human credentials.

Build custom reports, dashboards, and data collection mechanisms to support security and compliance requirements.

Develop AI-enabled tools or agents that improve operational efficiency and support security workflows.

Collaborate with security architects and engineers to operationalize NHI governance processes.

Required Qualifications

Experience developing automation solutions using:

Python

PowerShell

SQL





Microsoft Copilot and/or AI-assisted development tools

Experience building APIs, integrations, and system connectors.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with enterprise security, identity, or infrastructure technologies.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Privileged Access Management platforms (e.g., Britive, CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, or similar).

Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and technologies.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Familiarity with Non-Human Identity (NHI), service account governance, secrets management, or machine identity security.

Experience developing AI agents, copilots, or automation workflows supporting security operations.

Deliverables

Automation scripts and tools supporting PAM onboarding, migration, and operational processes.

Custom integrations and connectors for PAM and NHI platforms.

Reporting and dashboard solutions to improve operational visibility.

AI-enabled automation capabilities that reduce manual effort and improve security operations efficiency.
