We have an urgent opening for the position of Regional Manager in Agency Channel for leading Life Insurance company.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across the zone, achieving revenue and acquisition targets for the agency channel.
- Develop and implement zonal strategies for agent onboarding, activation, and product penetration.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of area managers, branch heads, and sales executives. This includes setting transparent goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring delivery on productivity metrics.
- Oversee all channel development activities, including the recruitment, licensing, and training of agents (Life Insurance Advisors/Agency Managers) to build a high-performing sales force.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the agent network and other distribution partners to foster ongoing communication and performance.
- Ensure efficient administration of branches within the zone, adherence to all regulatory and company standards, and smooth functioning of operations in a cost-effective way.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to central teams to help shape product positioning and regional growth strategy.
- Oversee client-centric operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Min. 4 Years of experience in Life Insurance is Mandatory
- Team Handling experience Required
- Agency Channel experience must
