- Manage and maintain CCTV surveillance systems across residential, commercial projects, offices and properties.
- Handle CCTV recordings, data retrieval, backup, storage, recovery and playback from DVR/NVR and hard drives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, ensure recording availability and maintain surveillance data securely.
- Basic camera installation and configuration may also be required.
Preferred candidate profile
- ITI/Diploma/Graduate with 2+ years of experience in CCTV surveillance and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of DVR/NVR, CCTV recording systems, hard drives, data backup/recovery, storage management and troubleshooting.
- Should have valuable technical understanding of surveillance data and be capable of independently managing CCTV systems across multiple locations.
