ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage end-to-end software development projects, including planning, estimation, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
- Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, project reviews, and escalations.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Business Analysts, and Product teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, effort variance, resource utilization, billing, and project profitability.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards.
- Collaborate with PMO and Talent teams for capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve project reporting, productivity, and delivery efficiency.

Required skills:

- 810 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in IT services or software development.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and project management methodologies.
- Good understanding of software development, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, QA, and deployment processes.
- Experience in project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource management, and delivery governance.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Proven experience managing project timelines, client expectations, risks, and delivery commitments.
