Assistant Manager Production | Refrigerator Manufacturing
Location: Sanand, Gujarat
Experience: 6–7 Years
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing Cold Roll Forming, Cabinet Foaming and Pre-Assembly operations, ensuring production targets, quality, manpower utilization and smooth line operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production and achieve UPH targets.
- Handle manpower planning, deployment and training.
- Reduce scrap and improve FTR.
- Monitor foaming process parameters and ISO/IMS documentation.
- Coordinate with PPC, Maintenance, Tool Room and Materials.
- Ensure machine audits, preventive maintenance and safety.
- Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical/Electrical
Preferred: 5+ years’ experience in refrigerator manufacturing, with knowledge of Six Sigma, Process Control Plan and ISO.
