Experience: 8–12 Years

Your Mission:
Drive Delivery – Lead end-to-end recruitment across business functions while ensuring top-tier talent closure.
Build Intelligence – Own recruitment dashboards, MIS reporting, and advanced Excel models to track source effectiveness, pipeline health, TAT, and offer-to-join ratios.
Champion Innovation – Leverage AI tools and recruitment technology to supercharge sourcing, screening, and recruiter productivity.
Standardize & Govern – Set up robust processes, best practices, and governance frameworks that scale.
Partner with Leaders – Collaborate closely with hiring managers, senior stakeholders, and clients to fulfill critical mandates.
What We're Looking For:
8–15 years of core Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience
Solid in-house / client-side hiring expertise
Advanced Excel, dashboarding, and recruitment analytics skills
Proven stakeholder and client management abilities
Passion for leveraging AI and automation in TA
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
