- A graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Commerce.
- Membership in a recognised actuarial institute (e.g., IFoA, IAI) with 2 to 3 actuarial exams cleared.
- 16 years of relevant experience.
- Strong skills in MS Excel, with knowledge of VBA, SQL, Python, R, or Power BI being an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly.
- A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
