Assistant/Deputy Manager - Performance Management System (PMS)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS). The candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete PMS cycle for a large workforce of 1000+ employees in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-location organization.

Candidates from Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Chemicals, or other Industrial organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end PMS cycle across the organization.
- Drive Goal Setting (KRA/KPI), Mid-Year Reviews, and Annual Appraisal processes.
- Prepare PMS formats, timelines, review schedules, and annual PMS calendar.
- Coordinate with HR teams and business stakeholders for performance review discussions.
- Ensure timely completion of appraisal activities and rating consolidation.
- Conduct PMS communication, training, and awareness sessions for managers and employees.
- Generate PMS reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for management review.
- Support performance-linked reward and talent management initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-10 years of HR experience with strong exposure to PMS.




- Must have independently handled PMS for 1000+ employees.
- Strong understanding of KRA/KPI frameworks, goal setting, performance reviews, bell curve, and rating normalization.
- Experience in PMS automation tools/HRMS platforms will be preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Exposure to manufacturing or multi-location organizations is preferred.
