CoverSure is hiring a Customer Support Executive to join our Customer Success team and directly interact with our app users and customers.
This is a voice-based customer support role , so we re looking for someone who is confident, professional, and excellent at communication.
What we re looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Customer Success, Voice Process, Relationship Management, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional approach while handling customer calls.
- Strong English communication skills for professional emails and customer communications.
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Ability to directly coordinate with customers and work with internal teams for timely issue resolution .
- Experience with CRM/customer support tools will be an added advantage.
- Insurance knowledge or experience in Insurance/InsurTech will be a plus.
- Multilingual communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor s degree.
Location: Mumbai.
Immediate joiners preferred.
