Role & responsibilities:

- Operate the grinding machine (M1, M1A, M2, etc.) as per standard operating procedures.
- Set job parameters (size, thickness, edge type) correctly before starting production.
- Ensure proper alignment of glass pieces before feeding into the machine.
- Ensure grinding wheels are dressed and balanced as per schedule.
- Check and maintain correct alignment and calibration of the machine.
