Job Summary

TechBridge is looking for an experienced Sr. Electrical Design Engineer to lead electrical design and engineering activities for industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects. The role involves preparing and reviewing electrical design documents, coordinating with clients and project teams, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and guiding design engineers and CAD draftsmen.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review and validate SLD, load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop and short-circuit calculations.
- Design earthing, lightning protection, lighting and power distribution systems.
- Design LT & HT electrical systems.
- Prepare BOQ, technical specifications and tender documents.
- Select and specify transformers, DG sets, electrical panels, UPS, capacitor banks, cables and switchgear.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and site teams.
- Participate in technical discussions and design review meetings.
- Provide technical support to procurement and execution teams.
- Lead and guide electrical design engineers and CAD draftsmen.




- Review drawings and calculations and ensure quality and standardization.
- Provide technical support during installation and commissioning and resolve site engineering issues.
