About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student enrolments and revenue growth for assigned centres. The ideal candidate should have robust sales skills, excellent relationship management abilities, and a passion for the education industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve enrolment and revenue targets for assigned centres.
- Develop and execute market-specific business development strategies.
- Build relationships with schools and colleges to generate business opportunities and organize seminars.
- Drive student walk-ins through ATL activities, local marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Mobilize student groups for Career Launcher initiatives and programs.
- Counsel and convince students to enrol in Career Launcher courses.
- Handle operational processes and centre-related formalities.
- Drive overall business growth for the assigned centre.
- Travel within the assigned city for meetings, marketing activities, and business development.
Candidate Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Coaching, or Test Preparation industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with educational institutions.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and go-getter attitude.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
