What You'll Do

- Monitor upcoming legislative changes, newly enacted laws, and significant case laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- Prepare real-time regulatory update summaries and maintain client legal databases.
- Draft monthly legal and compliance reports for international clients.
- Interpret statutes and translate legal provisions into practical compliance obligations.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and respond to client queries within defined timelines.
- Perform due diligence across Labour, Environment, Health & Safety, and industry-specific regulations.
- Review commercial contracts and identify legal and regulatory risks.




- Develop compliance checklists and support client implementation projects.
- Gain expertise in Lexplosion's LegalTech products and deliver client training where required.

What We're Looking For

- LLB from a recognized university (LLM is optional).
- 0–2 years of experience in legal research, contracts, compliance, due diligence, or related legal work.
- Excellent legal drafting, interpretation, and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with accuracy and speed.
- Curiosity to work in a fast-paced, technology-enabled legal environment.
