Lead sales & BD for Solar/Hybrid EPC, rooftop, Group Captive, PPA & O&M.; Drive revenue/order targets, manage full sales cycle, build CXO relationships, lead team, track pipeline and MIS, coordinate with technical/finance teams.

Required Candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech or MBA/PGDM with 10-15 yrs in sales/BD, incl. 5-7 yrs in solar & 5+ yrs leading teams. Robust C&I; client network, proven record in high-value, long-cycle deals.
