- Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective supplier quality management systems, including PPAP documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in incoming quality processes.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by monitoring production schedules and identifying potential issues.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field (Auto Components industry preferred).
- Solid understanding of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements (e.g. IATF 16949).
- Proficiency in creating engineering drawings, documentation, and SQA reports.
- Experience with supplier process audit, incoming quality inspection, and PPAP documentation.
