- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR discussions/interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate campus placement drives and recruitment activities with colleges and institutes.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements.
