Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Operation Theater (OT), ensuring smooth functioning and maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Supervise OT staff, including nurses, technicians, and assistants to ensure effective workflow and effective communication.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals to plan and execute surgical procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, medications administered, and treatment outcomes.
