• Generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins, digital marketing, channel partners and referrals.
• Conduct site visits and presentations for prospective buyers, showcasing project features, amenities and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records CRM
Required Candidate profile
• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably residential projects.
