What You Will Do:

- Build working apps, tools and automations with Claude Code, and turn every build into content
- Research relevant topics, especially new Claude Code updates, and decide what content we should create
- Write clear, engaging scripts in English and Hinglish that explain how things are built in straightforward language
- Edit short / reel videos, including screen recordings of builds and demos
- Optimize & publish content across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Track performance data and use it to plan the next set of videos
- Use Claude and other AI tools at every step, from research and scripting to editing and design

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1 to 3 years of experience managing social media content for a business or brand
- Hands-on experience building with Claude Code. You should have built at least one working app or tool and be ready to show it to us.
- Good understanding of how Claude Code works: prompting, CLAUDE.md, skills, MCP connections, and deploying what you build
- Proven results you can show us. Be ready to share numbers such as growth in views, followers or engagement.




- Strong understanding of social media analytics
- Hands-on video editing skills on CapCut, Premiere Pro or a similar tool
- Strong command of AI tools. You should use them daily and apply them to every part of your work.
- Fluent spoken and written English. This role involves regular communication, so this is essential.
- Ability to write simple, clear scripts
- Any graduate

Good to have:

- Basic coding knowledge (HTML, JavaScript, Python) or experience with Lovable, Supabase or n8n
- A GitHub profile or portfolio of things you've built
- Knowledge of social media algorithms
- Hardworking, enthusiastic and goal oriented
