About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction, lead generation, and sales.

You will be responsible for handling both B2B and B2C customers, managing digital enquiries, nurturing leads, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring timely follow-ups to convert enquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle enquiries received through Facebook, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Generate and qualify current leads through calls and follow-ups.

Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and individual customers.

- Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Maintain enquiry records, follow-up schedules, and reports in Excel/CRM.
- Conduct routine site visits and monitor project progress wherever required.
- Follow up with prospective customers until closure.
- Stay updated on market trends,



competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Willingness to travel within Pune for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Qualification:

- Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with 13 years of experience in marketing/sales are welcome to apply.
