Role Summary - Seeking a business-focused HRBP to partner with plant/business leadership and drive people strategies aligned with business objectives. The role will focus on building organizational capability, Talent Acquisition, talent development, performance culture and employee engagement.

Role & responsibilities :

- Partner with business leaders on HR strategy, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive Talent Management, Succession Planning and Career Development.
- Lead Performance Management, L&D; and competency development initiatives.
- Drive Employee Engagement, retention, culture and employee experience.
- Support Organization Development, change management and HR transformation.
- Provide HR analytics and insights to support business and people decisions.
- Handle employee relations and resolve people-related issues in partnership with business leaders.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA/PGDM HR or equivalent with 8 - 12 years of HR experience, preferably in Automotive/Auto Components/Manufacturing.
- Robust exposure to HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, PMS, L&D;, Engagement and OD. Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
