Job Description Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with 7+ years of experience to drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives.
- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, leadership hiring, niche hiring, candidate engagement, and recruitment analytics.
- The person will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and build high-quality talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Own the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring requirements.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies for critical, niche, leadership, and highvolume positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, networking, social media, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, preliminary interviews, competency evaluation, and salary discussions.
- Manage offer negotiations and improve offer-to-join conversion.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business requirements.
- Campus hiring as and when required

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a strategic recruitment partner to senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Conduct regular hiring reviews and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Understand business priorities and translate them into effective hiring plans.
- Manage expectations regarding market availability, compensation, hiring timelines, and candidate quality.

Leadership & Team Management





- Lead, mentor, and guide recruiters/sourcing team members.
- Allocate recruitment requirements and monitor individual/team performance.
- Establish recruitment best practices and standard operating processes.
- Coach the team on sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, interviewing, and closure strategies.

Recruitment Analytics & Process Improvement

Track key recruitment metrics including:

- Time to Fill
- Cost per Hire
- Offer-to-Join Ratio
- Source Effectiveness
- Pipeline Conversion
- Quality of Hire
- Prepare and present recruitment dashboards and MIS reports to HR and business
- leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in the ATS/HRMS.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

- Support and drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent-market presence.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop talent communities and maintain relationships with passive candidates.
- Represent the organization's culture and values effectively to prospective candidates.

Vendor & Agency Management

- Manage relationships with recruitment consultants, agencies, and external sourcing partners.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and optimize recruitment costs where required.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 7+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Experience in leadership, niche, and hard-to-fill hiring.
- Robust sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking, and social
- platforms.
- Experience managing or mentoring recruiters.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
