Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret design and joinery drawings accurately to guide production
- Able to develop detailed joinery drawings based on design intent, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and execution feasibility.
- Oversee and coordinate across Metalwork, Carpentry, Electrical/Signage and Painting departments
- Ensure strong working knowledge of materials and specifications used in fixture production
- Operate/oversee use of Saw machines, Pressing machines, CNC machines, Metal laser cutting machines, and Argon gas welding equipment
- Manage material requisition and documentation MRN (Material Receipt Note) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Align and synchronize workflows across all production departments to meet delivery timelines
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders using solid communication and coordination skills
- Leverage market knowledge and vendor/supplier connections to support procurement and production efficiency

Preferred Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArtCAM (or equivalent CNC cutting/programming software)
- Working knowledge of CNC, metal laser cutting, saw panel, channel bending, V-groove/normal bending, punching, and welding machine operations and setup
