Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager (CA Inter) to manage financial operations, cash flow planning, and compliance for our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management & having robust experience in Real Estate industry is mandatory

Preferred candidate profile

- Ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
- Assist management in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and monitor cash flow statements, fund flow, and liquidity planning
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, billing, accounts receivable, payables, inventory control, bank reconciliations and finalization of accounts
- Maintain proper documentation and internal controls
