Job Description
Reporting to - Joint reporting to; Head, Marketing & Operations (India and International) and Proprietor

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Developing new customers in Pune and nearby regions, for sale of Specialty Chemicals and Rubber related chemicals.

2. End to End customer handling; Procuring for new orders from existing customers, assisting with delivery of material and samples as and when required, checking payment statuses, etc.

3. Building and maintaining relationship with customers, responsibly.

4. Looking after stores and accurately maintaining the stock reports.

5. Daily reporting to management on work done during the day.

Required Skill Set and other requirements:
1. Diligent in meeting required monthly targets for sales.

2. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.

3.



Ability to convince new customers and maintain positive relationships with all customers.

4. Willing to travel within the city, especially to MIDCs (Chakan, Bhosri, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Katraj,
Ranjangaon, Alandi) and other regions, as and when required.

5. Command over language - English, Marathi and Hindi (Verbal and Written).
MS office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

6. Willing to show enthusiasm and exhibit commitment towards work.

Qualification:

- Graduation in any field, with 0-2 years of work experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Applications from freshers accepted, where first 6 months will be treated as internship.

- Must own a vehicle and have appropriate driving permit.
