Troubleshoot production issues across Java, APIs, SQL, Kafka & microservices. Analyze logs, exceptions and RCA, identify root causes, validate fixes, and collaborate with Dev/DevOps/QA. Support incidents and drive permanent resolutions. Code analysis

Required Candidate profile

Analyze Java exceptions, stack traces, API failures, database errors, Kafka-related issues and application configuration problems. Perform basic SQL queries to validate data and troubleshoot issues.
