- Operate and monitor HVAC, Purified Water, Potable Water, Chlorine Dioxide, and Data Logger systems.
- Maintain daily logbooks, utility records, and equipment documentation.
- Perform 0.2-micron filter integrity testing and routine system checks.
- Ensure availability of water treatment chemicals and consumables.
- Carry out cleaning of AHUs, filters, and utility equipment as per SOPs.
- Record AHU operations, alarms, and shift activities.
- Attend preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of utility and QC equipment.
- Follow cGMP, GDP, safety, and data integrity requirements.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and EHS guidelines.
Experience: 2-5 Years in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (OSD Preferred)
