Job Summary
The Order Processing Executive is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of customer orders for our US-based glass manufacturing client — from initial order receipt through accurate data entry, processing, and final hand-off to the fabrication team. This role sits at the center of daily operations, coordinating closely with the CAD/hardware, route planning, and quality control teams to ensure every order moves through the pipeline accurately and on time. The role is well suited to freshers, and full training on internal systems and processes will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming customer orders and accurately enter all order details, glass specifications, and customer information into internal order management systems.
Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow — from order intake to final hand-off for fabrication.
Review orders for completeness and accuracy, and follow up with the relevant team or the US client to resolve missing or unclear information.
Coordinate daily with the CAD/hardware processing, route planning, and QC teams to keep orders moving smoothly through each stage without delays.
Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all processed orders for easy tracking and reference.
Communicate order status, clarifications, and updates with the US-based client team as needed.
Support process improvements by flagging recurring issues or bottlenecks in the order workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic to intermediate English communication skills (written and verbal) — required for regular interaction with the US client team.
Strong attention to detail and comfort with high-volume, repetitive data entry work.
Basic computer literacy, including comfort with spreadsheets, email, and standard office software.
Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accuracy under daily deadlines.
Good organizational skills and reliability in a remote, shift-based work environment.
Freshers are welcome to apply — no prior experience is mandatory.
Preferred (Not Required)
Prior experience in data entry, order processing, back-office support, or a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with order management or ERP-style systems.
Prior experience working night shifts or with a US-based client/company.
Growth & Learning Opportunities
This role offers a valuable-to-great learning path for freshers, with hands-on exposure to real US client operations, cross-functional coordination with CAD, routing, and QC teams, and the opportunity to grow into more senior order operations or team-lead responsibilities as skills and performance develop.
Work Schedule Details
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US shift).
Week Off: Saturday and Sunday.
Holidays: Aligned with the US holiday calendar, as followed by the client.
