- Windows Autopilot deployment models
- Microsoft Intune (Configuration Profiles, Compliance, Apps)
- Microsoft Entra ID (device join, hybrid join, CA)
- Solid understanding of:
- Windows 10/11 provisioning and readiness
- Endpoint security (BitLocker, Defender, ASR rules)
- Co-management concepts (SCCM + Intune)
- PowerShell scripting for automation and diagnostics
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Process & Governance
- ITIL-aligned Incident, Change, and Problem Management
- Experience supporting audits, compliance, and security reviews
- Worked in regulated / retail / distributed device environments
