- working drawings and GFC drawings, preparing architectural plans, sections, elevations.
- Revise drawings as per design changes, site conditions and consultant inputs.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies and maintain proper drawing records.
- Ensure accuracy, drawing standards and timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with site teams and understand practical site execution requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/certification in drafting or related field.
- 3 to 8 years of relevant architectural working drawings drafting experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp is an added advantage.
- Positive knowledge of architectural drawings, working drawings, GFC drawings, detailing, construction methods and GFC documentation.
- Familiarity with building by-laws, DCPR/UDCPR development regulations and applicable codes.
- Proven experience in preparing working drawings, detailed drawings and coordination drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.
