Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Handle employee records, HR documentation and HR databases.
- Manage onboarding, induction and exit processes.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, salary and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
Ideal Candidate:
Candidates with strong experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations, along with exposure to recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance, employee engagement and labour law compliance, would be preferred.
