Coordinate with labour contractors to arrange adequate manpower & production targets
Enforce discipline on shop floor, handle behavioral issues,resolve grievances
Liaisoning

Required Candidate profile

Graduate/MBA in HR, Labour Studies or Equivalent
Practical knowledge of the Factories Act,EPF,Wages,etc
Candidates with experience in Manufacturing/PF Consultant can also apply
Residing nearby areas
