Role & responsibilities

- Experience in imparting software Training & implementation.
- Hands on experience on working on Software / ERP / Support.
- Responsible for ERP Software Training and implementation at client's end.
- Experience in Jewellery Domain is a big plus.
- Experience in Deployment and Training of Software Product to Multiple Clients.
- Act as a bridge between client and development team for support activities.
- Resolve client queries / problems related to the software products.
- Persistence /Ability to complete tasks assigned, handle pressure with deadlines
- Intermediate Level of Excel would be an add on

Preferred candidate profile

- Smart / Go getter with a winner's attitude.
- Robust Verbal and Written Communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good Computer Knowledge and ability to diagnose problems.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Training will be provided for the complete ERP.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
