JOB DESCRIPTION FOR : AV Engineer L1

Title: AV Engineer L1

Work Location: Dhirubhai Ambani International School, Bandra-Kurla Complex

Work Timings: General Shift

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Installation, Operation and Maintenance of AV components such as Video Conferencing Components, Video Recorders, Projectors, Lighting and Sound controllers, Displays like LED/ LCD TVs, Projector Screens.
- Knowledge of Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures that comprise AVMIs Integrated Management System.
- Maintain, gather and update statistics and records on VC and AV supports and report on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Coordinate with the organizer for AV requirements and Manage AV for the events organized in DAIS.
- Maintain AMC Services of individual AV hardware as well as software.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous status information.




- Encourage users to provide feedbacks - Learn current technologies and evolve as the team matures
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

- 2-3 yrs total (1-2yrs of relevant experience)

Qualification:

- Diploma/B.Sc/BCA/B.E(with specialization in Telecom/IT/Computers/Electronics)

Requirements:

Computer Skills, Techno Savy, Customer Services, Organization Skills, hands on experience creating power point presentation, data management knowledge on excel and word etc.
