Responsibilities: WCO Manager is responsible for ensuring that pillar implementation activities operate effectively and efficiently at plant level as per site master plan, through influencing stakeholders, escalating major cases etc to respective levels.

1. Ensure smooth functioning WCO TPM (delivering on time in full results and methodology)
2. Coaching others (leading the TPM centre of excellence on AM, PM, PCS, QM, E&T; & Safety)
3. Co-ordinating and improving Loss deployment (identification of losses across all the areas)
4. Facilitating the improvement Roadmap (advising the Plant Leadership)
5.



Facilitating PCS (Performance Control System) (Developing performance behaviours)
6. Actively engaging people on the shop floor
7. Being an active member of the Huhtamaki TPM community within and across the segment
8. Removes blockers he/she can influence, escalates the others
9. Mapping of cost our budgets, saving progression against closure of improvement projects
10. Prepare plant level Cost deployment to identify opportunities for management against 3YP
11. Coach, Guide and mentor projects and pillar team on execution of improvement projects
12. Managing monthly reporting on Processes OEE cost of savings, Wastage deployment, 5S+S scorecard, Plant KPIs
