We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to handle incoming patient enquiries and convert leads into appointments.
Key responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with patient leads
- Understand patient requirements and explain Dent@Home services
- Convert enquiries into appointments/treatments
- Follow up consistently with interested patients
- Maintain lead records and update status regularly
- Coordinate with the operations team for appointments
- Reconnect with old/inactive leads when required
Requirements: Good communication skills, confidence on calls, persuasive ability, and robust follow-up skills. Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred.
