Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical & Mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical & Mechanical faults and malfunctions.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure prompt resolution of electrical & Mechanical.
- Ensure that electrical & Mechanical systems and equipment are maintained in a safe and reliable condition
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Prepare reports on the performance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Document any issues or problems encountered and recommend corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding maintenance activities and issues.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures.
- Complete Maintenance & Breakdown visit as per SLA
- Project take-over: Inspection of recent installations,



share open points with the Project, and ensure closure.
- Implement upgradation / rebuild work at the site
- Operational & maintenance training to User
- Improve/Maintain System availability
- Ensure replenishment of critical spare parts with the customer.

Preferred candidate profile

- Min 2 - 3 years in field of Electro-Mechanical maintenance
- Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, electrical drawings, and service manuals to perform required maintenance work
- Basic Knowledge of Switchgear components, Control Panels/Power distribution Panels
- Troubleshooting of industrial communication system viz. Profibus, Profinet, AS-I, etc.
- Knowledge of configuring & troubleshooting of VFDs, Encoders, PLC,etc.
