- Prepare accurate and timely client billing statements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Analyze construction drawings, BOQs, and quantity surveys to determine rates, quantities, and costs for clients' projects.
- Manage claims processing from receipt to resolution, including investigation, negotiation, and settlement.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify deviations from original scope of work and develop strategies for mitigating impact on budgets.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field (e.g., quantity surveying).
- Robust understanding of Autocad software for creating detailed drawings and designs.
