- 58 years of strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Proficiency in LWC, Aura, Integration, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Visualforce.
- Solid experience with Lightning Experience and Classic environments.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce deployments, using tools like CI/CD, Change Sets, or Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform deep debugging across different Salesforce components.
- Experience with exception handling, bulkification, and adhering to Salesforce governor limits.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor and support team members when needed.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are an added advantage.
- Experience in LOS or financial domain preferred.
