- Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring prompt and courteous attention to all guests' needs.
- Assist with food and beverage operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Support steward activities such as setting tables, serving meals, and clearing dishes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field (hotel management).
- Strong knowledge of BHM (Beverage & Hospitality Management) principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
- Proficiency in IHM (International Hotel Management) systems or similar software.
