Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in assembly line or similar role in electronics manufacturing industry.
- Solid understanding of assembly production processes and procedures.
- Excellent shop floor management skills, including manpower handling and scheduling abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
