We are looking for a Manager Technical Training & Skill Transformation to develop and implement technical training programs for dealership technicians, fleet mechanics, and field service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical training programs for EV service teams.
- Design training modules covering EV safety, diagnostics, wiring, battery maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Train technicians on high-voltage safety and Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
- Develop certification and skill assessment frameworks.
- Maintain a certification matrix for regional technicians and workshop teams.
- Conduct classroom, practical, and hands-on technical training.
- Develop digital learning content, video modules, and virtual training programs.
- Assess technician skill levels and identify training gaps.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with EV safety and tool-handling procedures.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams to continuously improve training content.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering.
- 46 years of experience in automotive technical training.
- Robust knowledge of EV powertrains and electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience in dealership/workshop training preferred.
- Strong presentation and training skills.
