We are looking for a Salesforce QA Developer to support functional, regression, API, and integration testing for Salesforce applications. The candidate will work closely with developers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and create detailed test scenarios.
- Develop test cases and test scripts.
- Perform functional testing of Salesforce applications.
- Execute regression testing.
- Perform integration testing across Salesforce and external systems.
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Validate Salesforce configurations and custom development.
- Test Apex, LWC, integrations, workflows, and data flows.
- Identify, document, and track defects.
- Perform defect retesting and regression validation.
- Participate in sprint planning and refinement sessions.
- Support UAT and release validation.
- Maintain test documentation and test results.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of software QA/testing experience.
- Salesforce testing experience.
- Strong functional and regression testing experience.
- API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
- Integration testing experience.
- Experience creating test cases and test scenarios.
- Experience with Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.
Preferred
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or relevant Salesforce certification.
- Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Basic understanding of Apex and LWC.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce release processes.
