Role & responsibilities

Job Profile:
• Meeting with Architects/ Builders/ Promoters & other institutional clients on a regular
basis.
• Conducting Extensive field events & follow up on potential clients.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Preparation for future project details or previous projects & other activities.
• Present recent products and services and enhance existing relationships.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the
companys unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Increase in OBTB footfall.

Experience: - Having experience (in Building industry) in similar field enjoying commendable
relationships with the officials concerned with a proven track record
Qualification: - Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferable MBA)
